The skyline is set ablaze, with regret

Okay, just one more album artwork to do; #6 then I'm all done with these. Just need to work on my vocals and Then I'll be starting Retrograde's character designs, -- (comic series/graphic novel series). I went with a rough look for the front of the album cover and a light bland quality, then the lyric pages, get darker and darker volcanic rock. Leading into this more colorful yet apocalyptic end for Modern man. I try to have most of my albums transition with the art from front cover, lyric pages, to back cover.

P.S. The Mascot's name is: Apotikhia, Gnosis -- Failure, To Know in Greek. And I deleted the individual song submissions and now they can all be read under the lyric pages of the appropriate album numbers.

A little bit more background on the mascot and band now. I see I may have to make some things a little bit easier to understand, so as to better comprehend the band's message:

The mascot, is a representation of man's ignorance and hubris-(man's pride)
Essentially, in my belief system, it's a representation of what I believe evil could look like(since I don't believe in an actual devil), and what happens when you die, if you were blind, and blackened to your core. You'll have no real face, no identity, and spiritual despair, never to see anything again. He looks humanoid because, hey, what's more evil than Man? Basically imagine him as evil incarnate,but what if evil was first man, and not some demon or monster that everyone claims? It's more interpretative and contemporary art, and his name means failure to know, because I believe a lot of evil in this world comes from man's unwillingness to accept diversities, and to learn. It's easier to be stupid, and violent then it is to do something useful or to help each other. Thus the band name, representing the things we ignore in the world, that are just wrong, ignorant, and harmful to each other: Defiled Conscience.

Sounds good hun. Same here, I've been through a lot of changing, and healing myself. Improved with art, and am studying graphic design now. I appreciate the prayers, and my health is doing MUCH better, feeling really good.

I was always wondering how you were doing. I'm so pleased to hear everyone's doing well, and wow go Sarie! That's really awesome! Who's the lucky guy? She must be doing really well, that's really lovely

Our family's doing good, see them a few days per week. I've moved out too, living up in Derry and going to college there and I'm an athlete now. A proper one competing in national championships, don't know how that happened! lol

Yeah, we're doing alright, and as for Sar, and the guy... they deserves each other, (I think you catch my drift knowing Sar, lol)

That's great hun, glad to hear it, I'm sure you family's proud of you. And I'm not surprised, you always loved to run and bike ride

Thanks again, and yeah I've been doing a lot studying for my art, and have a part time job working for my uncle's company. Just some extra money to save up on the side, you know me.

My family have turned hyper competitive because they used to do a lot of sports too, so now I have a couple of screaming fans haha

Wow you're working for your uncle? How's that going? Is he still doing that incredible work with the second sight of new york? It'll be great experience for you and I'm sure that extra money would really help out in your new music too

Heh, nice to hear they're supporting you hun.

It's going good. I'm doing some work for animal facilities that my uncle is planning on setting up. Like big shelters, or almost like animal hotels. So I'm handling some of the files he has in mind for that.

And yes, he is still doing that, and he changed the company name a couple years ago to "Doorish Tech" and this animal thing is part of that, but I see you remembered that.

Indeed it is, and as for the music. I don't really care about it making money. It's heavy metal so it's about the message I send. Wake up some people from the coma of ignorance.

I've grown and matured more in the kitchen as well, lol. I cook and bake a lot of things now. Ya know, just taking care of myself. XD
